•⁠ ⁠⁠Smoking and alcohol drinking are strictly prohibited during indoors. (Violators will be fined RM100)

•⁠ ⁠⁠Vapes are strictly prohibited during indoors. There may be parents or children waiting in the customer lounge, so we hope everyone will create a good image for us. (Violators will be fined RM100)

•⁠ ⁠⁠Strictly prohibit the carrying of any smuggled drugs. (Violators will be required to pay compensation and will take legal action)

•⁠ ⁠⁠请保管好个人随身物品，我们不负责任何损失与赔偿。

•⁠ ⁠严禁食物和无瓶盖饮料。（违规者将罚款RM100令吉）

•⁠ ⁠请勿乱扔垃圾，保持卫生 人人有责。

•⁠ ⁠⁠室内严厉禁止吸烟以及喝酒。（违规者将罚款RM100令吉）

•⁠ ⁠⁠室内一律严厉禁止吸电子烟。顾客休息区或许有家长或是小朋友逗留等待，所以希望大家为我们打造良好形象。（违规者将会罚款RM100令吉）

•⁠ ⁠⁠严厉禁止携带任何走私毒品。（违规者我们将会要求赔偿以及将采取法律行动）

OPEN DANCE CLASSES 公开舞蹈课

•⁠ ⁠The course fee must be paid before the class.

•⁠ ⁠The pass will take effect immediately from the date of purchase.

•⁠ ⁠The purchased pass cannot be transferred/refunded，etc.

•⁠ ⁠If you cannot attend the class due to personal reasons within the valid pass, it cannot be transferred/refunded，etc.

•⁠ ⁠必须在上课前支付课程费用。

•⁠ ⁠pass从购买之日起立即生效。

•⁠ ⁠已购买的pass不可转让,以及退款等等。

•⁠ ⁠若在有效pass内，因个人原因无法上课，不可转让，以及退款等等。

Private Dance Class Terms and Conditions

Our Operating Hours营业时间：

Monday to Sunday 10am-11pm

Admin will only be online/on duty during operating hours, every class we will form a group chat, if any emergency/any changes about the class may inform directly in the group chat so that we acknowledge and will not miss any message. 管理员只会在营业时间内在线/值班，每堂课我们都会组成一个群聊，如有紧急情况/班级有任何变动都可以直接在群聊中告知，以便我们及时了解，不会错过任何消息。

📌注意：

•⁠ Course fees must be paid before class, we will not arrange the course until payment is received (It is not recommended to arrange courses on short notice).

⁠必须在上课前支付课程费用，收到费用后我们才会安排课程（不建议临时安排课程）。

•⁠ Class cancellation needs to be informed at least 3 hours before the class, we will directly cancel that day's class and continue class next week, or may arrange replacement class with the instructor. Last minute cancellation (within 3 hours) will be considered as one class, and will also charge for one class payment.

⁠取消课程需在上课前至少3小时通知，我们将直接取消当天的课程并在下周继续上课，或者可以与导师安排补课。最后一刻（3小时内）取消将被视为一堂课，并且还将收取一堂课费用。

•⁠ If last minute cancellation involves an emergency (within 3 hours), suggest to inform directly in the group chat, we will depend on the situation and see how it goes (may provide evidence for our reference).

如果最后一刻取消涉及紧急情况（3小时内），建议直接在群聊中告知，我们将视情况而定（可提供证明供我们参考）。

•⁠ If students are late for class, the instructor has the right to choose whether to do time replacement or not, but if the instructor is late, must do time replacement for the students.

如果学生上课迟到，导师有权选择是否补时间，但如果导师迟到，必须为学生补时间。
